Thanks a lot for the help. It really was the opt-in email. It was being forwarded to spam. I tested it by disabling the plugin opt-in and it goes to mailchimp with no problems.

After installing the plugin, I noticed that in a few moments the header (Menu) containing my ecommerce buttons, links and dropdown menus disappear. Only the header background appears. I always need to clear your plugin’s cache to get the header back to the normal default.

When I spend some time without clearing the cache, the header of the theme I use is left with only the background colors, no buttons and so on. After clearing the cache, everything returns to normal. Every time dokan updates the database we have problems (I don’t think the integration with woocommerce is being done correctly) …
Some models work and suddenly stop working …
NOTE: You do answer the tickets according to the SLA, but they do not solve my problem even if I send images and full descriptions …Hello Rashed,

Pelo que sei a FRENET tem acordo com os correios… O plugin do Claúdio é apenas uma chamada pública na WS dos correios para trazer os valores…
Caso tenha um contrato com os correios…basta inserir no campo adequado que os valores serão atualizados no plugin do claúdio também…@matthieuh consegue sim.. se o cep de origem for do dono do marketplace… aii que não vai calcular mesmo…se deixar em branco ele vai pegar o CEP de origem de cada seller…
@garimpohome… quais suas configurações para área de entrega? eu sempre deixo em primeiro o Shipping e nas configurações de PAC e SEDEX eu retiro o CEP de Origem…
