    I am using the WAVE tool browser plugin which shows the alerts (see attached here).

    The reviews are not loading on the WAVE website – https://wave.webaim.org/ – only the browser plugin.

    Thank you, the issue was that I was missing the content element in my Avada layout.

    I received the same fatal error message when updating Event Tickets 5.17.0.1 to 5.18.0 and Event Tickets Plus from 6.1.1 to 6.1.2. For me, the updates installed without issue, but after installing, we were unable to access the Plugins area or the Word Press Updates area.

    PHP version 8.2.27
    WordPress version 6.7.1
    Avada theme and builder version 7.11.13

    I am also having the same issue with the Screen Options disappearing when Event Tickets is enabled. I had a fatal error when updating Event Tickets to version 5.18.0 so reverted to Version 5.17.0.1. The issue occurs on 5.17.0.1 as well.

    Thank you for the quick reply! Even though I don’t see the toolbar while I’m editing a page, I do see a list of pages and their issues when I go to the Editoria11y plugin. I can then click one of the pages and it does show me the issues. So, it appears the plugin is working and logging issues, but I just can’t see it while editing the page.

    I have a demo WordPress site with Avada that you are welcome to use for testing. I can send you the login credentials if you have a secure means for me to do so.

    Thank you for the quick response. It has happened only twice, so I can’t say for sure on the frequency. It does work without issues once we reconnect manually.

    Our site also uses WPForms and WPForms Square plugin.

    Thank you, that worked. However, we have a page that shows our standard hours, so when I use the [open] tag, it shows that we are closed today (new year’s day) but normally we are open on Sundays. Is there a way to show our regular opening hours, without any exceptions or holidays?
