Hey all! I have the same problem on my site too. All the product addons changed to ($0.00). Am trying to roll back to an earlier version too.
Thanks @nmedia I found the conflicting plugin through trial and error.
For the benefit of others, the conflicting plugin is Woocommerce Poor Guys Swiss Knife.

Conditions still not working now after trying to re-set the field conditions again and again.
