In reply to: [Rich Showcase for Google Reviews] GSC Page Experience https report: FAILINGHi @richplugins,
Version 1.9.5 shows zero “http:” names, links or tags in my source code – down from 75+ in the 1.9.4 version.
Further, GSC’s Page Experience Report no longer shows FAILING on the https: evaluation – everything is in the green.
Thank you for promptly responding to my report of an issue.
Best regards,
Dennis ForemanForum: Plugins

In reply to: [Rich Showcase for Google Reviews] GSC Page Experience https report: FAILINGIt is useless to argue that the ‘name’, link, or tag is not harmful in your opinion. Google has determined that its presence IS harmful, and has clearly stated so. You must well know the impossibility of arguing with Big G.
I do hope you can modify the ‘name’, link, or tag as my only alternate is to discontinue using it.
If this support link had a way to attach screenshots I would have sent a pic of the report already.

In reply to: [Sticky Menu & Sticky Header] Brilliant Plugin Stopped After 3+ YearsMark,
I did not customize the plugin; you supplied a customized version, and, cautioned me not to upgrade it.I’ve turned on the Debug mode, what next?
BTW, I too have forgotten why we customized the plugin 🙂

In reply to: [WP Customer Reviews] WP Customer Reviews v3.0.0 released! Is anyone getting Rich Snippet reviews in Google Serps by using WP Customer Reviews plugin?
Should I expect any? My site has accumulated numerous client reviews over the past year and a half but no snippets so far.

In reply to: [Sticky Menu & Sticky Header] Option To Stick Element To Page Bottom?Mark, I’m sure I’ve already complimented you via PM on this plugin’s “browser bottom-of-page” functionality. If not, then let me do so again: Sticky Menu On Scroll’s ability to increase conversions is significant!
The plugin installs quickly, works smoothly on desktop or mobile, and functions across several maker’s themes without issue. http://structuredfoundationrepairshouston.com
The only real limitation is my ability to accurately identify the div or class item to be “stuck” 🙂
Absent PEBCK, this is a great plugin!
Well done Mark.

In reply to: [WP Customer Reviews] Structured Data Faultltam,
After seeing your “reviews” page complete with correct “aggregate” data I did some experimenting.
I “enabled” WPCR on my “customer-reviews” page rather than “inserting” the [WPCR] shortcode there. It works perfectly! Including provision of accurate “aggregate” data!!
Moving to my homepage, I eliminated the “read more” on every review by changing the shortcode to use SNIPPET=””. This made no difference as the “aggregate” error persisted.
I deleted the All-In-One-Schema plugin fearing a conflict – no improvement.
I “enabled” WPCR on my homepage and achieved nothing – none of the reviews were displayed.
I deactivated W3 Cache plugin also with no positive effect.
It also seems that inserting [WPCR] on a page when any other content is present fails – no visible reviews or ratings are shown.
My current conclusion is that the WPCR “aggregate” data problem lies within faulty implementation of its shortcode.
Current unsatisfactory status on my website is that proper Schema data CAN be achieved but NOT where i need it for high conversion rates – at the top of the left sidebar on my homepage.
Anyone know of an alternative reviews plugin that actually works?

In reply to: [Sticky Menu & Sticky Header] Option To Stick Element To Page Bottom? Thanks for your prompt response Mark.
You’ve interpreted my need exactly. When the bottom of the selected element rises to the bottom of the browser window ( “is fully visible” ) the element should stop and remain there while the remaining body content scrolls past it.
This position will result in the maximum conversion rate I think. It would be particularly advantageous on mobile browsers.
Do let me know when you may be available to code this; I assume it will be after the next version is released.

In reply to: Site is running slowemilml94
This is a simple problem to solve. And it won’t require re-coding htaccess or the addition of plugins.
Your site daniaevents.com is beautiful. That beauty is irrelevant however, if no one stays around long enough to see it!
You are using extraordinarily large images in your top-of-page slider. Just a single one of those slider images (C8D7780.jpg) is in excess of 17MBytes with the total homepage download size much greater than that.
Even modern broadband speeds won’t deliver that digital load to a browser is less than 30-40 seconds – far in excess of the 2 second response expected by most users!
Work on reducing your individual image sizes to less than 1MB (much less if possible) and use fewer of them in the top slider.
Best of luck!
