i think its more a problem, that google maybe kick you out, if you have users from the eu
need for a cookie consent is different from country to country even inside the eu. some countries you need consent for nearly every cookie, some countries dont require anything like that.
but google requires consent for adsense (and other products), thats a rule of there policy. https://www.google.com/about/company/user-consent-policy/
and one last word: Paying for a plugin is no guarantee that it is legally sound.

iam very sure, that adsense dont run without cookies. even Non-personalized ads using cookies: https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/7670013?hl=en
thats not sense of the consent-feature. if you exclude adsense from cookie-consent, it will load cookies without permisson from the user. looking at german/EU law, this is a bad idea.
loading adsense after consent is exact as good as loading without cookie-banner-tool. But it’s legal for that.
Yes, blocking this URL runs good for me. Adsense-Ads load only after consent from the user.
i do not use those plugins, my adsense ads are direct in the theme code
Yes, but did not help. i found instead another way und blocked manually following url “googlesyndication.com” – seems to be a good solution.
