never mind i found the problem plug in. Too bad cus i love the plugin. it is the SEO Smart Links. once deactivated the page published the links. I’ll have to tinker with it to see if I can get it to work.
My menu items were also getting randomly deleted. I thought it was Catalyst theme but it happens to elegant theme also. I thought it was WP Robot and another auto blog plugin making cron jobs for posts. But when I manually create or even save a post it would happen. So….
I deactivated everything (i.e. themes, plugins) One by one I went through them. When I activated my “Duplicate Posts Eraser” by BlackMelvyn plugin the problem happened. Everything else was fine. Not sure why but I’m happy to atleast have some solution cus it hasn’t happened again.
