I have located the log file and downloaded it to my PC. However, I am now on the Bitbucket site and it’s all gobbledy-gook. It appears that I must learn yet another language. Is there another way of getting the file to you?

I have just applied your fix from 1 year ago for “easy google fonts not working”. Ta-Daah ! I now have them instead of the 12 standard in the typography menu.

After following various time-consuming instructions here, your suggestion of “Theme typography only shows up once you have created a new custom font control for your theme (by going to Settings > Google Fonts). Hope that helps. Cheers” made the theme typography miraculously appear.
