    Dear Derrick

Thank you for holding. From our checks we are unable to find further information from the IIS logs and event viewer inside the server when replicating the issue. The logs that plesk is currently logging for your domain can be found in (1.jpg). The usual scenario where clients encounter 500 internal server error would be to inform APC as you did and APC will enter the server to view the error. However even inside the server we are seeing the same error page as you with no further information.

What we suspect is that as this is a wordpress setup which is running on Windows there may be some php settings or conflict that is preventing the Page Builder from running properly. Could you liaise with Page Builder vendor and let them know you are facing the internal server error but the domain logs and event viewer do not show any other information. Could Page Builder advice further regarding the php settings to check and or server settings they want us to change ? If possible we will proceed with your change request. Below is the plesk version you are using and the server OS. Kindly assist.

    – Plesk 11.5.30
    – Windows Server 2012
