In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Jetpack Failed to connectHi @fujifika,
Thank you for your reply.
I’ve already submitted my site URL and relevant information via the same contact form earlier today, just a couple of hours ago. The confirmation email I received references ticket number #9922347.
Please let me know if you need me to resend it anyways or provide further details.
Thanks again for your time and support.
Best regards
All clear. Appreciate it @wfpeter
Thank you!
Hi @wfpeter ,
I really appreciate your help on this. I have switched back to learning mode as you’ve instructed. I’ll see if this can help solve my issue and I will let you know as soon as possible.
Thank you so much!
Hi @wfpeter
The issue is related to cached data or browser extensions rather than a direct block from Wordfence I guess. I’ll go ahead and clear the browser cache and cookies, and review any extensions that might interfere.
Appreciate it
Thank you so much
Hi Zubair,
I appreciate your instructions!
Thank you so much!
I see what you’re saying.
Thank you!
Hello Zubair,
Appreciate your help.
I guess I’ve already walked through the issue doing these things, but you can suggest and correct me if you believe something should be done from my end.- I have installed a plugin called autoload checker so I could identify which option is causing the issue. Because if I’m not wrong those are retained in the wp_option database of my wp site.
- Afterwards Ive run an SQL query in PhpMyadmin to examine the option > And then just delete it.
- Autoload checker isn’t displaying it anymore. But it kept generating even after doing all of this until the next step.
- I went into this forum and I have found this topic: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/_transient_ptk_patterns-autoloaded/ . I just followed the instructions suggested by the WooCommerce support and managed to fix it by tweaking some settings in my dashboard, to prevent data from regenerating the transient if I’m correct. Then the error is gone.
Please let me know if Im on the right path.
Your advices are very important to me! As I really want to make my site powerful along with WooCommerce handling the max amount of traffic. Do you recommend me upgrading my hosting plan to the one who has CDN and Object cache? (In my case Hostinger business). By the way I’m still on VPS shared hosting for now. But it will be useful for me as I scale right?Much obliged.
Kind regards
