Hi Dominik,
The Direct Play URL you are using is not fully compatible with Tutor LMS’s video wrapper, which is why the video isn’t filling the full player area.
However, the Embed URL returning a 403 error indicates a permission or security restriction inside your BunnyStream settings.
To narrow this down, could you please check the following inside your BunnyStream dashboard:
1. Domain Whitelisting
Go to: BunnyStream → Security → Allowed Domains
Make sure your website domain (including both www and non-www versions) is added here.
If your domain isn’t whitelisted, BunnyStream will return a 403 for embed URLs.
2. Allow Embedding (Iframe Playback)
Ensure “Enable Embedding / Iframe Playback” is turned ON for the video or the entire library.
3. Check Token Authentication Settings
If BunnyStream token protection is enabled, make sure the token is correctly generated for the embed URL. Otherwise, BunnyStream will block playback.
Once these settings are confirmed, the embed link should work, and the player will automatically resize to full width in Tutor LMS.
Please verify the above and let me know the results I’ll be happy to guide you step by step until this is resolved.

In reply to: [Tutor LMS - eLearning and online course solution] Site design glitchHi there,
Thank you for reaching out, and I’m really sorry that this issue has been bothering you for so long.
I checked the page you shared and noticed that your course archive is currently placed under the Blog section. That’s what’s causing the display issue for users who are not logged in WordPress is treating it like a blog page instead of a Tutor LMS course page.
To fix this, please make sure the Courses page is a standalone page and not nested under the blog. After setting it up as a separate page, refresh the permalink settings once and check again.
This should resolve the display problem for logged-out users.
If the issue continues after that, feel free to share an update I’m here to help!
Hi Dominik,
I sincerely apologize for the delayed response, and I completely understand your frustration. Thank you for sharing the video link.
From what I see, the link you provided contains
/play/, but for proper embedding in Tutor LMS the format should use/embed/. Could you please check your BunnyStream dashboard and share a screenshot of how you’re copying the embed link? This will help us confirm if the correct link type is being used.Looking forward to your update so we can get this resolved.

Tutor LMS Support TeamHi @nasef64,
Thank you for sharing the screenshots they were very helpful.
The quiz editor in Tutor LMS is a rich text editor, so when you paste a video link there, it automatically converts it into a preview mode. However, in the student’s explanation view, the editor does not render the link directly as a playable video it only shows the text link.
I’ll forward this behavior to our development team so they can review the possibility of making the video preview consistent in both the editor and explanation view in a future update.
For now, students will still be able to access the video by going the link directly.

Tutor LMS Support TeamHi,
Thank you for reaching out. Could you please try clearing your site cache (as well as browser cache) and then attempt deleting the order or student again? Sometimes cached data prevents the changes from reflecting immediately. If you have any caching plugin kindly deactivate it temporarily and test again.
If the issue still persists after clearing cache, kindly let us know and we’ll guide you with further troubleshooting steps.
Best regards,
Dip Saha

In reply to: [Tutor LMS - eLearning and online course solution] Cart ErrorHi,
Thank you for reaching out. It seems the issue is related to a conflict between the native Tutor LMS cart and WooCommerce cart.
Kindly follow these steps to resolve it:
- Delete your current Cart and Checkout pages in WordPress.
- Create two new pages:
- One for Cart and one for Checkout.
- On these pages, add the WooCommerce shortcodes:
- Cart page:
[woocommerce_cart] - Checkout page:
[woocommerce_checkout]
- Cart page:
Once done, try adding a course to the cart again, and it should appear correctly.

In reply to: [Tutor LMS - eLearning and online course solution] video streamingHi Andrew,
Thank you for reaching out. Tutor LMS doesn’t provide native support for Amazon AWS video hosting, so playback issues like buffering may occur. At the moment, Tutor LMS offers a few supported options, including Bunny.net, which we recommend for smooth and secure video delivery.
If you’d like to continue using YouTube, we suggest embedding videos through the Tutor Player. This ensures users can’t click on the video title to navigate to YouTube and copy the video URL.
Please give that a try and let us know if it resolves the issue.

Tutor LMS Support TeamHi Dominik,
Thanks for testing with the default themes and deactivating Elementor that helps rule out a lot of possible conflicts. Since the issue is still happening, it would be helpful if we could test your BunnyStream video link from our end.
Could you kindly share one of your video links so we can check the embed and confirm whether the player sizing issue comes from the integration or something specific to your setup?
Looking forward to your update.

Tutor LMS Support TeamHi Dominik,
Thank you for reaching out and for sharing the details. I understand you’re testing Tutor LMS with BunnyStream, and the videos are not filling the entire player.
In many cases, this display issue can be related to theme-level styling rather than the integration itself. Could you kindly try switching to a default WordPress theme (such as Twenty Twenty-Four) and test the video again? This will help confirm whether the issue is coming from your current theme’s CSS.
Please give it a try and let us know the result, so we can guide you further.
Best regards,
Dip Saha

In reply to: [Tutor LMS - eLearning and online course solution] dashboardHi @andrewrobo,
When customizing the dashboard menu with the filter, instead of using
order_history, kindly use the correct keypurchase_history. That should allow you to target and remove the menu item properly. Please give that a try and let me know if you still face any difficulties. I’ll be happy to guide you further.

Yes you can remove icons and items from the dashboard (such as quiz, wishlist, etc.). To do this, please follow our developer documentation here:

Tutor LMS Support TeamHi @aichatbotforwp,
Thanks for sharing the update!
To better understand what’s happening, could you please share a screenshot of the issue especially how the code changes when you try to embed more than one video? This will help us investigate and guide you more accurately.
Looking forward to your screenshot!

Tutor LMS Support TeamHi Shahvaiz,
Thanks for reaching out, and I hope you’re doing well too!
You’re absolutely right when you add a custom field like “Phone Number” to the registration or contact form, the data is stored as user meta in the database. However, by default, Tutor LMS doesn’t display this information on the admin student profile page.
To make this custom meta field visible in the admin area or any Tutor LMS profile section, you would need to modify the codebase and fetch the meta value manually where you want it to appear.
For more guidance, I recommend checking out our developer documentation here:
👉 Adding Custom Fields on Registration – Tutor LMS DocsThis will help you understand how the data is stored and how to retrieve and display it as needed.
