I’ve read the documentation about changing file permissions. Tough, nowhere I find a list what the permissions should be per file or directory.
Since everything works fine now, I assume all the permissions are good enough (?).You cannot test it with every plugin, I understand. So maybe it was a conflict. I have this plugins:
– addthis social bookmarking widget
– fast secure contact form
– google analytics for wp
– google sitemap
– nextgen gallery by photocrati
– no page comment
– responsvie lightbox (added after uninstall Simple Lightbox)
– wordpress seo
– yet another social media icon plugin (yasip).rgds,

In reply to: [zeeNoble] Login prob non adminsThe problem was back again. I deactivated the plugin ‘Simple Lightbox’ and the problem was solved.
It seems that the plugin doesn’t work well with 3.8.1 ! So watch out.

when clicking on a category for example:
category/indicatoren-technische-analyse/
Then I see the homepage. Before it was no problem. Maybe with the upgrade to the new WP?

I deleted some non active plugins and the problem was solved !!
