Hi, thank you for replying. Please check below the requirements specifically:
1. Create the group “Company A”, where there is an admin (for example HR) and myself.
2. The admins can purchase courses in the module directly or myself can open courses to all the group or specific individuals within a group
3. These individuals (aka employees) can login in the system with an user name and not necessarily an email (some employees do not have even use emails)
4. The individuals can complete the course online as usual (standard process).
5. Sometimes HR passes the course in a conference room and everyone does the course at the same time. So it is possible for an individual to auto-complete the course (for example only doing the test)
6. The admin (HR) can auto complete a course of an individual
7. For each person that completes a course (online, auto complete or auto complete by HR), a certificate is issued
