Thank you for the feedback.
It proofs my point.
After many support contacts from me, the first feedback arrives on this post, more then two month after.
I never had to be encouraged to “search forums” when I buy a PRO product.
Other users problems are not my concern as my problems are not other users concern. As a good provider you should never EVER answare to a costumer like “others are not facing problems so you are wrong”.
Anyway, as you can imagine this was lost money to me and I have appreciated your ” thank you for buying “.
The way you answare more then 2 month after its the perfect way to show my point.
