despite changing the theme on the storefront and turning off all plugins except woocomerce, the problem still occurs.
the problem is solved when installing the Jetpack plugin. and in the automatic mode synchronizes the tax. But I don’t want to have it on my site and I care about fixing the problem from the woocomerce level.
