I solved the problem by filling the database tables, as I found them empty. Now the plug in works correctly.

to date I have not been able to solve the problem with the solution provided trying to delete the table from the database as I anticipated in the previous comment. I have applied the changes as indicated by you but the problem still persists. I have also deleted the tables from the database.
