I feel good about it in general, but if our site were to crash from traffic spikes, I’d like to know that WordPress.com would be there to help us in a timely fashion! Thank you again!
Thank you! Since ww.wp.xz.cn and WordPress.com are separate entities, is there a way to get a similar response from them? The WordPress.com web site says nothing about traffic spikes or how their servers are configured. They do, however, talk about their VIP hosting plans. That scares me into thinking that the site could go down unless we pay for a VIP hosting plan.
