My license key expires next week for Connections Plus. The renewal link that was sent to me via email results in a “this site cannot be reached” message. I want to renew and not lose all my data. How can I get this done? I already tried going to http://connections-pro.com/add-on/slim-plus/. It does not work either. Thanks so much for any help.
The other problem I’m having is that these galleries appear as new parent pages even though I have the “photos” page as the parent page. I don’t want the gallery names in the navigation bar at the top of the page.
