I am asking if it’s possible to HIDE the entire box from product pages, you’re suggesting to only SHOW the author box. I am sure my question must be too complicated. Thank you for your simpler solution. Clearly your plugin is not suitable for anyone using Woocommerce. Thank you for the clarification. I almost purchased your pro.
Thank you for your response. I am not a programmer, so maybe I am not understanding this correctly but I don’t see how the thread you referenced to here is relevant to my issue. I’d appreciate if you could elaborate a bit.
I will reiterate my question. How do I prevent the Bio Profile – starbox – from appearing at the bottom of the Product Pages? I would like it to be limited to blog posts.

No. When I hover over the details button I see the wrong url showing at the bottom of the browser. This is the wrong url being generated before any redirect goes into effect. See this https://www.screencast.com/t/UVs5lyXQxPHV this is on mouse over – have not even clicked it.

There are currently 2 vendors and 1 admin. Products sold by admin and 2 VENDORS go to the wrong product page (only the details button), whereas the products sold by 1 VENDOR and 1 admin are fine.I did create another one and saw the same issue. Can you tell me why the ADD TO CART button works fine but the More Details button goes to the wrong product?

The core plugin is free, you pay for extensions as you need.
My ticket was reopened last week, I have posted multiple queries but have not received ANY responds from your team ever since. The website is still crawling with multiple issues. I can see how customer satisfaction is your utmost priority.
I have been a fan of your plugin for its unique feature, it turns out this could be a disadvantage. After 2 years I am a bit concerned with dependability of your plugin. It seems to like the kind of issues that come with your plugin is also unique that can only be solved by your team. Combined that with time difference and poor communication and you will understand my frustration.
Lastly, just so you know the issue was not fixed on the staging site,the video you’re referring to was a small part of the main issue. The issue is still ongoing. I seem other users complaining about the same issue.
