Meanwhile i have replaced the Website/URL field with a “Text Field” and i typed in the placeholder “www.domain.com” and it seems that the error with valid URL is gone.
But still no actions when i click submit.
Please help me fixt it asap.

Also, I have used the field “Checkboxes” which has 5 choices. I need to choose between 1 and 5 options, not all of them. All of them are required to submit the form.
Why is that? Which is the best field for multiple choices between 1 and 5?
