Hi, Yes indeed I found it. The thing was that I needed the Dutch language but there were 2 PO files. I didn’t saw the second one and it was in there. Thanks for the help.
I had the same issue. Firefox no problem. But turned out it had to do something with the template. When using the 2021 from wp no problems. So i think it has something to do with responzive an ajax templates.
Same issue over here. nothing happened on the sites for my customers also no maintenance and no aut updates but for all of my clients the timetable is blank now. I different styles for seperate sites. What is happening??!!
hi @hofercraft, thanks for your tribute. I tried and can say that’s the case. But of course then a mail is sent with confirmation instead of update. But this confirms that the checkbox is actually only working the first time when a booking is confirmed. So @jaysupport I think this is obvious now??
Ok so what I did to really test it out. I’ve created a total new install from the plugin on my own site which has nothing to do with reservations. I created a test page and put the booking form in. Then i make a reservation and confirm that. Then I manually edited in the backend the partysize and the reservation time. Tick the checkbox to confirm to send an email. But still nothing happens. It’s only sending when confirm the booking but everything els done afterwards does nothing!
Hi, yes of course I understand. But that is exactly what i’m facing. So I changed the partysize and time on the pop-up window for editing and then tick the checkbox for sending email but nothing is happening. This is only when I confirm a booking. whenever then the checkbox is on it is sending. but a confirmed booking to change something is not sending.
Ok I’ve managed to get a workaround that seems to work. we set the max party size at 8 so no double numbers can get in. seems that it is solved for now. cannot tell exactly but we have to wait.
Hi, thx for the answer. It is the normal party size field. Whenever you click on e.g. 2 persons the soon as you get in the textfield for name an email the browser is already serving suggestons for autocomplete. I’ve tried it several times and very easy to reproduce.As soon as I autocomplete with my name, my housenumber of 41 is put in the party size. Because no one bothers to look again at the form that is really sent the housenumber stands for party size. And it is not only in my browser. Already a few people made reservations we have to call afterwards in order to get the right party size.
As a workaround we limited the party size to max 8.Ok, think it has to do with the way the admin url is setup by the plugin. It did not override the standard but more virtual. I’ll have a look if I can use anther one.

But customers choose in your plugin if they want to Pick-up or delivered. When they make that choice the standard WC shipping methods are not changed. So the customer should fill that twice. Also if WC standar is on Pick-up and the customers choose deliver in your plugin and then pay the order is set with 2 different options. so 1 pickup and 1 deliver…
Hi, I can see that your form is messed up. If you are not using the po-up does the form works? If so maybe try to find another pop-up plugin. If not try another theme.
Hi, I saw your page but the booking page only shows the contact details. Can you send the booking page with the active plugin?
