I am wondering if there are some overrides in your theme that may be causing the issue. I recommend doing a full conflict test using the guide here to see if that helps – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Import variation products not work in 5.0.0 versionHi @joseydeco. Sorry that we missed your last response. I tested the sample CSV with one product with 5 variations and the import was successful with the latest version of WooCommerce:
I recommend that you update WooCommerce if you haven’t and see if that makes a difference. If it does not, deactivate all plugins but WooCommerce and then try the import to see if it works correctly.

Do you mean that the products are the same but the update is not happening?
On the first import, you should not have an IDs column because IDs are automatically generated in WooCommerce. After the first import, export the products to see their IDs. Then, make changes to the CSV file (but not to the ID column) and import it again to update existing products.
