Thank you for the system status report. I don’t see any red flags and I also can’t replicate the issue on my test site with Android and on Chrome. Could you share screenshots on your mobile of the Product Type box in portrait mode and in landscape mode as well please? If you try another browser, do you have the same issue as well?

It looks like the fatal error is the Facebook plugin that you have installed. I’m not seeing any red flags in the system status report.
Are new orders also not getting cancelled within 60 minutes or is it the older orders that are affected? If it’s only the older orders, it may be that Cron wasn’t working in the past but is working fine now. In that case you can use a snippet to cancel the older orders. There is a discussion here that may help. I have not tested the snippet; you can comment directly on the post with any questions to its developer. You could use a plugin like Code Snippets to add it to your site.

While we don’t have a list of IP addresses to share, we’ve had some reports from other merchants that enabling United States helps.

I hope that you have been able to resolve this issue, but if not, we do have a guide here for setting up your CSV file. In general, a great option for getting the CSV file in the right format is to create a sample product with similar setup to your desired products and export it from WooCommerce. Then modify the CSV to add your other products.

Are you adding new products or updating existing ones?
products that are already downloaded have both SEO tags and photos and need to be updated – price and balances.
In that case, you only need the ID or SKU column and the columns with changes to update existing products.
Note that you can’t add new products and update existing products in the same import. You will need to do two separate imports – one for new products and another for updating existing products.
