In WooCommerce, this is expected behavior. The Shop page is an archive page and uses a different template than the other pages on your site. You would need to customize the template which can be found in

I wasn’t able to replicate this issue from your site. If the issue persists make sure there is no caching on the Cart, Checkout and My Account Pages to see if that solves the issue.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] span tag in woocomerceHi @martydev. Sorry that we missed your last response. The fact that the HTML is not rendering means it’s hard-coded in some way. I can’t replicate this issue on my site with downloadable products using Storefront and only WooCommerce being active.
While WooCommerce has its own default preferred style, that is overridden by the styling of the theme you use and of the page builder, Elementor in this case. I recommend checking your Elementor templates and the email templates if you’ve customized them in your theme.

If that’s not the case and WPML is saying that it’s necessary to contact WooCommerce, the way forward is to post an issue in Github. That will put you in direct contact with the developers.
