The Bank needs to see the actual woocommerce request/response logs! These will include the actual request that is sent from woocommerce to epx.
Sorry that we missed your last response. Please check with EPX how you can access those logs. Since the integration is not built into WooCommerce, this is not something that we can help troubleshoot. The providers of the integration should be able to guide you through troubleshooting steps to retrieve any existing logs.
There may be logs in WooCommerce > Status > Logs, for example if the integration uses the REST API. However, I can’t say for sure since I’m not familiar with this implementation.

I wasn’t able to load the CSV file but my suggestion is to create one product with multiple attributes and variations. Then export the product into a CSV file so that you can compare your CSV file with the one generated by WooCommerce.

Are you running the latest version of WooCommerce and are you able to replicate this issue without WPML activated? That is, when only using WooCommerce, does the sale price get removed from the product at the start of the sale? I’m not able to replicate this issue on my site with the latest version of WooCommerce without WPML installed.

The main red flag that I see in your system report is the need to update WordPress. Please try that to see if it helps. You can also deactivate WooCommerce Admin since its features are now integrated into WooCommerce.

Does the issue persist after updating WooCommerce to the latest version? If not, could you please check for recent fatal error logs in WooCommerce > Status > Logs? If there is one, please share the contents with me.

If the product is not taxable, I suggest creating a tax class called Zero Rate VAT or something like that. Then you can set the products with 0% VAT to Taxable and select the Zero Rate VAT class that you created.

An alternative could be to use some code such as is discussed here. I haven’t tested this code but I hope it points you in the right direction for creating this customization.
You can use a plugin like Code Snippets to add the code.

The shipping zones are geographical regions so if you didn’t have a shipping zone for UK, the EU rate would apply as well. To have Guernsey, for example, use the shipping rates for the UK, you can explicitly add it to the shipping zone:
