Hi @sofianewd. Try removing the following information from
wp-admin/wp_options.php:– wc_facebook_product_catalog_id
– wc_facebook_external_merchant_settings_id
– wc_facebook_feed_idThe other workaround needs to be run by a developer or merchant directly. You’ll need to open the settings page of the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin (Marketing > Facebook for WooCommerce) and then open a browser console window. There, you can copy and and paste the following and run it:
window.diaConfig.clientSetup.diaSettingId = nullYou should then be able to click Get Started again and connect to a new account.

- Make sure that your memory limit is at least 512MB. Here is a guide for increasing it.
- Reconnect Facebook.
- Delete and reset all Facebook products. Then check that the catalog is empty at Facebook.
- Sync your products once more from Marketing > Facebook.

You’re right that there is no instruction for deleting table postmeta when you follow our steps for deleting the Facebook plugin from your site. While we don’t have any specific documentation for this, I did find this guide on cleaning auto-loaded data that may help.
Hi @mazalk. The other two pixel ids are being added to your site somehow. Are you using another plugin to add a Facebook pixel as well? Please share your system report with me. You can find it by going to WooCommerce > Status > Get system report and then click Copy for support to be able to paste it in your reply.
Hi @352digital. This warning is a known issue when syncing variable products. You can follow along with the issue here. The Github repository is public so you’ll be able to comment directly there and remain updated on progress.
I’m also going to mark this issue resolved since it’s being tracked in Github.

Would you be able to share a screenshot of the error that you are receiving please? I haven’t encountered this error and would like to check the plugin to see what is the correct way forward.

Once you’ve done that, try a sync to see if it helps. I also advise making sure that your WordPress has a memory limit of at least 512MB.
