Hi @makobaby01. We recently released an update to Facebook for WooCommerce. Could you try updating to the latest version to see if it helps with the performance issues? Also, could you check if there are any fatal errors in WooCommerce > Status > Logs that are generated when Facebook for WooCommerce is active?
Hi @dino123456789. The code snippets will delete the products in your Facebook shop that were synced from WooCommerce and let you reset them. It won’t affect your products in your WooCommerce store.
You can add the snippets to functions.php or using a plugin like Code Snippets.

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Sync ErrorsHi @ljginsburg. Are you still facing this issue? If so, I recommend that you delete and reset your products using this guide. Also, make sure that your PHP memory limit is at least 512MB. Then try a manual sync to see if that helps.
Hi @dino123456789. Have you managed to resolve this problem? If not, please try deleting and resetting your Facebook products as explained here. Then generate a manual sync to see if that helps.
