Hi @dkjeabre5. I looked into this issue a bit more and have one question. Are the purchases that don’t go through 3DS for an amount less that 30 euros? If so, this is expected. You can learn more here.
Hi @knutr. You shouldn’t be able to do a refund if the funds have not been captured for an order. However, you should be able to modify the order total to a value less than the captured amount, and when the funds are captured (for example when order Completed), the extra funds will be released.
