We’ve seen this issue crop up if caching on the site or server level is caching the wc-order-functions.php file, therefore preventing the cron from being setup. I recommend that you check with your host about this to see if that helps. You can also use WP Crontrol to schedule

The built in WooCommerce importer does not have the ability to add custom taxonomies like the “Sync with Square” option, so something like Product CSV Import Suite would need to be used – https://woocommerce.com/products/product-csv-import-suite/

You can delete the products in Facebook, then reset the Facebook metadata for the product (on the right hand side when editing the product in WooCommerce). Then sync the product again. Does that resolve the issue?
