Free shipping is the default sample value that has no issue, if you try anything other than that value then it fails and shows the monetary value. see provided image links.

Meta support said they will not longer be accepting this plugin feeds.
On my end I did read all the troubleshooting parts.
In the end I exported the data feed (wpae) and performed a manual upload.I will be closing this out, thank you for the reply.

Upon deactivating the plugin it comes back, Not world ending but sometimes annoying when a client wants something on the screen options changed.

Not part of the woocommerce team but have you tried updating via CLI?
The update failed on me as well.
You can try running the following commands:
wp plugin update woocommerce
wp plugin activate woocommerce
wp cache flush
Alternatively you can also try via ftp or via plug Add new plugin.

At the moment version 2.5.3 works for me, I will be updating soon but knowing I can downgrade the plugin is a relief.
Go to this link then scroll down and select a version to download or look for the Advance View link on the right side of the plugin page. Hope this helps.

Also I have had instances with other plugins that clearing out the data does not infact clear out the data at the database level. The paid version which is lifetime of Advanced Database Cleaner by Younes JFR. really worked out for me in those situations.

In reply to: [WooCommerce PayPal Payments] Works great!Its not the upgrading process that this plugin is getting bad reviews, (well some are).
It’s the fact that users were forced to shift to this plugin and then getting random issues like failed orders (customers not being able to pay), duplicate orders, etc.For now you may not experience any issue but eventually you will, (I hope not), and then dealing with customers that are not happy about it.
