Now I understand that all images within woocommerce will have to be inside the same server, this becomes a wierd case, and I’m affraid it’s not able to replicate the issue too.
Because only a few images(don’t know what in common) are missing.
And even when i switched to another theme, it’s still missing.
Hence, some of the product images’s are literally disappeared, because it’s not in the media, also it’s not linked to the product single page as well.Is there any setting that delete or wipe out some media without human exexcution, or cron jobs?
Any known issue like this?

In reply to: [Zorem Local Pickup] How to know the order is ready to pickupI’m asking because sometime order contains more than 1 product, and the product quantity changes all the time. When all the products in a particular order has arrive, the customer should be notify that they can pickup orders from our site, instead of using man hour to verify all the products availability in an order, it’ll be a hectic job.

We actually found out that there’s a possibility that a third party might be the reason and starting to find out from the third party at the mean time. Will return to this at a later stage.

Hi we’ve tried a couple of times, and the order and the email sent was correct(no multiple email sent), as mentioned, it happens maybe 1 time after a day or few weeks.
The most recent incident is about 5 days ago with another stripe payment on 4 products purchase. (we normally have more than 10 to 20 orders a day)The new order email sent 8 times to the same customer within 1.5mins time. SMTP and email all have correct logs. however this customer is a random customer and dont know why it happened.We’ve tried a few method to replicate the issue and no use. it’s really frustrating.
and the only pattern we see here is that they all use stripe as payment.Any idea?

* Yes, WP mail log is active – it is triggered multiple times and each duplicated sending logs show in the wp mail log as well.
* No, we don’t know when it’ll happen, most of the time is correct(1 email to 1 user after new order)
* there are no order notes in these orders, the orders looks exactly the same as a normal order, everything untouched, only the email is sending multiple times
* yes, email contents exactly the same, some are sent within a secound, some send 3-4 mails within a minute, some couple of hours later. all with same content, very wierdWe are pretty sure SP mail smtp pro is not an issue here, as all the other emails are correctly generated and sent, with no duplication at all. And all the paypal, bank transfer payment types have no issue mentioned too. Only stripe gateway sometimes triggers multiple email sending after an already made order. Is this a first issue regarding stripe gateway?

we did have all the email logs because we’re using WP SMTP pro, and all the logs showing that all emails are sent from Woocommerce (or plugins) because it does have all the email logs sending to the same customer multiple times.

there are always 2 emails sent:
email title: New order #xxxxxxx (to site admins)
and
email title: Invoice for order #xxxxxx (to customers)these 2 emails are sent every time.
When I login to the connected account on WordPress.com, I see my site is in under “All my sites”, it looks like the siteurl is connected under this admin account (Hence this is the only account that can be use to connect this site?)
Can another WordPress.com account ties to our same site so they can also login to Woocommerce App on the phone with his/her account?

Hi tried to use another user on the WooCommerce App connecting the site, however it says “ourshopurl.com seems connected to another WordPress.com” account and has a link of finding the connected email
Does this means, only the account we use to connect to Jetpact can be logged in?
As you mentioned, how can we let all accounts connected to our site according to their rights?ok thx
Another question to follow up:
Some of our products are tax free, as manually set Tax status = none.
But our charging for the shipping is $15(with tax) in total, yet if we input 13.64 in flexible shipping fee, it’ll only conduct 13.64 for the shipping, which is wrong.How do we fix this as well?
