  • Yeah, this seemed like it changed recently. This occurs for me both on websites utilizing Porto Theme with WPBakery, and a default WordPress website.

    Hello @ereuter,

If you find a solution to this, I would appreciate it if you could post it here. I seems like the inventory management system I use with WooCommerce is having the same issue starting about a week ago.

    Thanks!

I talked to my hosting provider (Kinsta) who was able to confirm that this doesn’t seem to be an IP issue (at least on my websites).

Talking with both Ecomdash and WooCommerce, both tell me that the problem is caused by the other platform. WooCommerce support noted that Ecomdash is still using the legacy API, which is deprecated and will soon be removed from WooCommerce. I asked Ecomdash’s support team about this issue and they escalated the question to their Tech Team.

Hopefully this escalation to their developers might help this issue get more attention from their team. I have a feeling like Ecomdash might had released an update or a change last week which broke this feature. But, I’m not a developer and am just a random guy on the internet, so what do I know.

It is a little reassuring to see that I am not the only one having this issue.

I believe my WooCommerce stores are having the same issue as @elqualeb, which started a couple days ago.

Ecomdash is unable to sync inventory levels with WooCommerce anymore when syncing a variable product. However, Ecomdash is able to properly sync a simple product’s inventory level with our WooCommerce stores.

When an Ecomdash SKU is not a child product and attempting to sync with a WooCommerce child SKU, Ecomdash sends this message: “Ecomdash was not able to successfully connect to your WooCommerce Site and saleschannel id: ######. We recommend double-checking that our IP Address have been Whitelisted.”

If both Ecomdash and WooCommerce SKUs are child SKUs, Ecomdash sends this message: “Updated Quantity to ## for WooCommerce Storefront: [My Store]”

However, in both cases, the inventory levels in WooCommerce don’t update. After chatting with Ecomdash, they directed me to ask WooCommerce for support.

Ecomdash has this page explaining what IP Addresses need to be whitelisted on a sales channel (WooCommerce): https://support.ecomdash.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002220931-Ecomdash-IP-Addresses. If this is a solution, how does one whitelist these IP Addresses in WooCommerce? Ecomdash was unable to provide support for how to do this.

Hey @lebronicus I seem to have the same issue starting today. I have the same issues on my home wifi, but don’t have the issues on my cell data. Did you figure out a way to fix your wifi?

Advanced Images Blocks seem to also have issues while in Columns Manager Blocks.

To add to yatesa01’s last point, I believe this issue might be caused by the Columns Manager block. All of my Advanced Button blocks inside a Columns Manager Block are set to a default setting on the live site (but look stylized in the Dashboard). However, Advanced Buttons anywhere else seem to retain their formatting.

This seems to be an issue for me since updating this plugin today.
