In reply to: [Duo Two-Factor Authentication] No longer available for downloadHello!
We’re so sorry that this happened. This is not an intentional effort by us and we are actively working with WordPress to bring the plugin back online.
My sincerest apologies for any panic or inconvenience. We’ll make sure to update this thread once we get it fixed.Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [Duo Two-Factor Authentication] Duo Mobile It’ not freeHi rodolpheb98,
The Duo Free plan is absolutely free for up to 10 users, and WordPress application protection is included. https://duo.com/pricing/duo-free
When new customers sign up for a Duo account, we automatically start a 30 day trial of our Duo Access plan, allowing the opportunity to explore and test the features of that paid edition.
When the 30 day trial expires, we automatically switch users to the 10 user Duo Free plan. This plan remains free forever, but any features of the Access plan enabled during the trial are disabled.
The switch from the expired Access plan trial to the Free plan shouldn’t have affected your user count or WordPress application functionality.
I invite you to give Duo another try. Your account is still active on the Duo Free plan with five users.

In reply to: [Duo Two-Factor Authentication] Duo Security conflicts with BirchpressYou can stop the login loop by deleting, moving, or renaming the duo-wordpress directory under the /plugins directory of your WordPress root on your WordPress hosting server. Depending on your hosting provider this may be something you can do through a shell, or through FTP, or you may need to place a support request to have it done.
We haven’t seen this compatibility issue with Birchpress before. We’d be happy to work with you more on getting to the root of the issue. If you’d like to work with us please email [email protected] or use the live chat at https://www.duosecurity.com/support, as these forums are not an official support channel.
Thanks,

In reply to: [Duo Two-Factor Authentication] Licensing queryYes 2-10 users is still free for multi-site installations.
All accounts start on a free 30 day trial of Enterprise Edition. After the 30 days are up the account will revert to a Personal Edition account.
When this happens your integration(s) will continue to function as before while now ignoring any Enterprise Edition exclusive settings (such as Trusted Networks, self-service portal access, factor type restrictions etc.).

In reply to: [Duo Two-Factor Authentication] Multisite Editor Being Asked To AuthenticateHello,
This is the expected behavior for multi-site configurations. Since WordPress allows users to sign into subdomains other than their own, Duo forces two-factor on these types of logins to prevent a sitaution where users could bypass two-factor by signing into a subdomain which does not have the two-factor plugin enabled.
Looking at the way the Pro Sites plugins works, I think this plugin simply isn’t going to be compatible with Duo WordPress.
If you have any further questions, contact [email protected] for the fastest possible response.
Thanks!

In reply to: [Duo Two-Factor Authentication] WordPress App for IphoneOur testing has not been able to reduplicate this issue.
We tested with:
plugin version 2.4
WordPress 3.9.2 & 4.0
iOS 8.0.2, iphone 5s.We were able to login fine with XML-RPC enabled.
We’re going to mark this issue as resolved. If anyone else runs into this, email [email protected] with your list of enabled plugins. We strongly suspect that an incompatible plugin is blocking XML-RPC.
Thanks,

In reply to: [Duo Two-Factor Authentication] WordPress App for IphoneOur developers would like to know if any of you are using SSL plugins, and if so which one(s)? Also, are you self-hosting or using a WordPress hosting service (if so, which service)?
To expedite this, I recommend sending a list of enabled plugins to [email protected] so we can try to duplicate this issue with an environment as close to yours as possible.
Thanks,

In reply to: [Duo Two-Factor Authentication] WordPress App for IphoneWe aren’t aware of any incompatibilities with the WordPress iOS app.
We will look into this and get back to you.
So we can reduplicate the issue as best as possible, what is your WordPress version? Is it multi-site or single site? What model is your iOS device? What iOS version is your device running?
Thanks,
Duo Security Support

In reply to: [Duo Two-Factor Authentication] php errors – smooth wallYes, this looks like a firewall issue.
The error indicates a problem connecting to https://api-0200d496.duosecurity.com, ie. (currently) 54.241.191.167 on port TCP 443
Note that your API Hostname can change to a different IP address at any time. We advise allowing outbound connectivity to all IPs on TCP port 443. If this is too open for you, email [email protected] for a list of IP ranges which your API hostname could change to.

In reply to: [Duo Two-Factor Authentication] Blank wp-loginThe issue could be a plugin conflict with one of Budypress, bbPress, or another plugin. It would be difficult to tell without taking a much closer look at your configuration.
Note that we don’t check this forum very often. For quickest support please email [email protected] with the detail of your issue, including wordpress host/platform and installed plugins.
