This problem has still not been resolved. The only solution is to disable enhanced layout or disable captcha in AIOS, which is not desirable.
Hi,
I managed to solve the problem. The conflict was caused by the plugin All ine one WP Security (AIOWPS). WP Security -> Brute Force -> CAPTCHA settings > Add CAPTCHA to comment forms. Even though CAPTCHA was disabled in Customer Reviews for WooCommerce, because I was using custom math CAPTCHA by AIOWPS, it was not possible to submit a review in enhanced user interface. Maybe it will save someone some time when looking for a bug.

I have the latest version, the problem persists for about 1.5 months, before that it worked.

v prípade tejto chyby budete musieť kontaktovať priamo UPS (áno, aj keď už máte prístup do webshipu), pošlú Vám údaje na testovanie, po úspešnom teste komunikácie medzi e-shopom a webshipom cez API a ich kontrole Vám k účtu povolia možnosť posielania údaje cez API. (nie, nie je to automaticky aktivované a nie je možné si to aktivovať v nastaveniach webshipu svojopomocne)
