In reply to: Can't reply to a commentFunnily enough Twenty Twelve is one of three that I tried and still have it installed.
It’s good but it will need some playing with to keep formatting intact.
I may see if I can play with it offline on my pc.
Thanks

In reply to: Can't reply to a commentThanks Alchmyth.
That a pity because it’s a nice clean template.
Can you suggest a similar one that’s more up-to-date?

In reply to: How do I get rid of this?It works of course, thanks!
A couple of weeks ago I made a concentrated effort, for several days to better understand CSS but with little success.
A broad understanding, “yes”, but not much more than that.
If I find CSS difficult then how about PHP?
Either the time wasn’t long enough or programming is simply not something that I will find easy.
But I will keep trying!

In reply to: How do I get rid of this? The link directs to a page and I’m not using one.
I’ve added this in the meantime – <meta HTTP-EQUIV=”REFRESH” content=”0; url=http://misconceptions.us”>

In reply to: How do I get rid of this? Thanks.
Only problem is that I lose the HOME button when I do the above.
I just started using the theme today and I like it.
Clicking on the line that we want to get rid of just goes to an article that’s a couple of years old and clicking on ‘subscribe’ leads to an unformatted page.
Having just the HOME button would be best.

Forum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: Column size or text is incorrectHi Jose, I know it’s a CSS issue but came to this forum because I’m pretty sure that it’s a CSS template issue.
Hi Zulifar, I’ve been using it for at least a couple of years and don’t know if it’s WP.org repository theme. I will contact the author.
Thank you both.

In reply to: How can I embed this video?Sorry π
I normally use Flowplayer and put the vids on my server, but this vid is a pretty big file.

In reply to: [Easy Ads] Problem with Adsense in Pro version 2.30Thanks. That works!
And please remember that another one of my sites is getting ..
“The plugin generated 259 characters of unexpected output during activation. If you notice βheaders already sentβ messages, problems with syndication feeds or other issues, try deactivating or removing this plugin”.
And I can’t intall the plug-in.
You’re doing good work so keep it up π

In reply to: Removing adsense from postsThanks Jan,
but I just had a quick play around with this and it doesn’t seem quite as simple as that.
Some code <n> and </n> for example gets left behind and the middle of the google script has different slot numbers and sizes.
So I think wild cards or something similar will be needed.
Where my code has line breaks might also make a difference?
[ Moderator note: Code wrapped in backticks, easier to read that way. ]
