Hello! Thank you for the feedback.
Yes we do have the paid version (Pro I believe). Your tech support has been very helpful and have been in constant contact with me on your forum at WPForm. After looking over everything it looks like all three items my client wants WPForm cannot do as of yet. I will bring this to his attention and see what he says.

Hello and thank you for the help! Much appreciated it. I will look over the link provided regarding how to populate fields (question #2).
I have resubmitted my ticket regarding the questions and included the link to this post.
I have posted the 3 questions about two times already in the past, and I don’t think the person I am trying to help build out the form has received a response. Hope to hear from you soon and thanks again for the help!

I did clear my cache, and the same thing happens (it looks good when I log into the account, but when I log out of the account and view the web pages, the image is there…others have said they still see the image in the background). However, I didn’t ask GoDaddy if its possible to have them clear their cache. I will try and do that. Thanks for the advice!
