the problem was solved from a site ground support agent by deleting cache from their side ( from my side was not working)
afther contacting support problem is present again, probably your changes were reverted please apply them again,

and if I access from other browsers ( firefox) I still can not personalise php version

I have the same problem on http://www.lenuvole.it, no page I reported cached, and I can not access the php version function or exclude list, probably because of wrong subdirectory but I can not change it
same problem for me
have the same problem also on 5.0.4 with Memcached on and different salts
