I am having the same issue

I have followed all the troubleshooting instructions 

When I click EDIT WITH ELEMENTOR > LOADING > "Can't Edit? Enable Safe Mode"
if i deactivate MailPoet > click EDIT WITH ELEMENTOR > LOADING > "Can't Edit? Enable Safe Mode" comes on the goes away Spinning Wheel

why are the related items earrings and not pendants the category is jewelry and all the pendants tags are PEN the earrings tags EAR

my product page shows the product image and below 4 related products

the category of this product contains 100 products

what I am having a hard time understanding is why no matter how many times I refresh my product page it only cycles through about 15 different products out of the 100 in that category all the products in this category use the same tag also

Is there anything I can do to make it cycle through more than just the 15 a plug-in code anything?

let me see if I can explain this better.

I have 100 products.

They are under the category stained glass

I have given them tags that are all identical

When i refresh and no matter how many time i refresh every under different products in this category. it only cycles through about 15 of the related products. Doesn’t it show all 100 products in that cycle?

is there anything that could be done anything that I’m doing wrong or is there a plug-in or piece of code?

they are all the same category. I don’t use tags. This is why I’m confused
