Hi,
This seems like a 3rd party plugin conflict.
Kindly disable all other plugins except WooCommerce and (all) WCFM and then test again. You can then activate the rest of the plugins one at a time and repeat the test. This way you’ll be able to isolate the conflicting plugin.
Temporarily switch to a different theme during the test to determine if it’s a theme/customization conflict issue.

The issue is caused by a hook sequence priority problem that occurs under a specific scenario. Another user had reported this earlier, and we were able to reproduce it under certain conditions.
You can fix this by downloading and installing the dev version from the link below:
