This is weird. I noticed in the page https://kitesurfinghome.com/spots/ you can still see a grey square??? Other pages seem fine.

I set Viewport Images Cron to ON. What do you mean with “clear the VPI value for Homepage”?

    Thread Starter eheijns

    (@eheijns)

Yes, I think it’s resolved. In Chrome browser it looks fine, but in Brave browser for a split second I see “best” in black/white. I think that’s Elementor or theme related.

Thanks very much for your help!

I set VPI and Lazyload to ON and it looks fine now!

I changed it to logo2.png. In the mobile field too.

Now I understand. Below a printscreen. Notice the logo filename.

Rectification: I see LSC uses a Hostinger server with IP 145.223.106.124.

I don’t understand. I don’t see a admin page edit. Please describe how I get there, like for example “Page Optimization > VPI > Viewport Images”

I tested with Lazy ON and it got even worse. before you see the logo, you see a big grey square for a few seconds.

Anyway, the problem comes from LSC, because when I disable the plugin it’s fine. My settings were different before, but I don’t know which settings have changed. I set the settings according to someone who tested LSC in a Youtube video. These settings must have changed when I used one of the presets (Advanced).

I also have a new ISP. They use their own LS servers for CDN.

Cloud86 uses LiteSpeed servers to power its high-performance hosting services, offering significant speed improvements for websites compared to traditional servers like Apache. This is achieved through the LiteSpeed Web Server’s ability to handle more requests and its integration with the LiteSpeed Cache (LSCache) WordPress plugin and other advanced caching technologies like Redis, ensuring faster loading times and better user experiences for its customers.

    How Cloud86 Utilizes LiteSpeed

    • LiteSpeed Web Server:Cloud86 uses the LiteSpeed Web Server as their default web server, which is known for its superior performance and efficiency in handling high volumes of traffic.
    • LiteSpeed Cache (LSCache):The LSCache plugin is implemented for WordPress sites, providing features to compress CSS and JS files, optimize images, and fine-tune other settings for faster loading.
    • Enhanced Caching:In addition to LSCache, Cloud86 offers advanced caching techniques like Redis for even greater performance enhancements.
    • HTTP/3 and QUIC:All Cloud86 servers are configured with HTTP/3 and QUIC, the latest protocols for improved performance and faster connections.
    • LiteSpeed Crawler:For Managed VPS products, Cloud86 provides the LiteSpeed Crawler to automatically preload the cache, ensuring that your website is always cached and loads much faster for visitors.

    Benefits for Cloud86 Customers

    • Faster Loading Times:The combination of LiteSpeed Web Server and LSCache leads to significantly faster website loading, which can improve search engine optimization (SEO) and user experience.
    • Increased Stability:The efficient handling of requests by LiteSpeed ensures optimal performance even during peak traffic times, preventing slowdowns and downtime.
    • Cost-Effective Hosting:Reduced resource requirements due to the efficiency of LiteSpeed can translate into cost savings for users.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your reply.

    1) I changed the setting Optimized Image Loading in Elementor from Enable to Disable. Then I purged all pages with Litespeed Cache and loaded my homepage in a new privaye window in Brave browser, but it didn’t have any effect.

    2) I set Page Optimization > VPI > Viewport Images to ON, Page Optimization > Media Settings > Lazy Load Images to OFF (and Cache > Cache > Cache Mobile to ON.

    In the document

    https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lscache/lscwp/metabox/#viewport-images

it says “You must have Page Optimization > Media Settings > Lazy Load Images set to ON“, but I switched it OFF as you said.

    You said:

…and for test purpose you can add logo name( logo2.png ) in https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lscache/lscwp/metabox/#viewport-images and mobile field too.

I don’t see these fields in the LSC settings…

Anyway, I did all the other settings changes as you said, but it had no effect unfortunately.

    I regenerated a new report:

    Hi,

Thanks for your help. Anyway, I tried to change the homepage and for some reason it works fine now. I’ll close the topic.
