After an update, one of the boxes that used java to pop open a box for chat stopped working. Do you know what would cause that?

In reply to: WordPress Admin Panel Running Very Slow and Constant Error CodesThis happens for all installs on my server. I recently switched from a VPS to a dedicated server. I am not aware of any firewalls I have on the server that would block wordpress. I am fairly new at the technical portion of these servers so forgive me if im not providing all the info.
What exactly would you need from me to see whats going on?
