The Order column has disappeared. “Order” is not available under screen options, and all my posts are in the wrong order. When I revert to 1.4.2 everything is fine.

In reply to: [Posts Order] order posts page displays "no posts"Thanks, this worked. The only issue is that I needed to go into each taxonomy and just click “Reorder” (without doing any drag/drop) in order to get the posts to display in the correct order again.

No, the order column is not showing up in Post > Categories either.
Yes, I locked myself out once right when I posted 16 hrs ago. It’s happened several times over several days, as I’ve tested various solutions.
The plugin log files are empty, even though I have Settings > Debug turned on. Also there is nothing in Dashboard > Locked IPs.

Rename Login Page is not in use.
The only things in use within the Brute Force section are the Honeypot and the Captcha features. I tried turning these off, but I’m getting the same 403 behavior when the Login Whitelist is enabled.
I have a static IP.

In reply to: [Posts Order] order posts page displays "no posts"Sorry, I’ve upgraded to 1.4.1, but not now there is no “Order Posts” column or “Order” link at all (so there is no way to get to the order posts page).
I reverted to 1.3.6 for now. Thanks for working on this.
