Hi @omniafausta
I have attempted to replicate this but have been unable to do so. The linebreak options added never disappear. Here’s a screenshot on how I’ve added it and how it appears on the gallery page and when opened in the lightbox:

https://prnt.sc/3e4lrqWk3-uuJust so that I can be aware of how you add the line break, kindly paste an entire caption with the linebreak code added here so that I can analyse it before I can advise on this.

ElvisHi @cshinkin
Thanks for this suggestion, we will look into this. Just for reference, can you kindly share the ww.wp.xz.cn link to the Royal Slider plugin/add-on you are referring to (or their landing page if it’s not listed in wp.org) so that we can confirm the plugin or add-on you are referring to? Thanks in advance for doing so.

If this issue started to occur after updating your FooGallery version, kindly follow the troubleshooting options in this guide, especially if you have a caching/site optimization plugin: https://fooplugins.com/documentation/foogallery/troubleshooting-foogallery/foogallery-not-working/
If the issues still persist despite trying all of the available options (including when the caching/site optimisation plugin is deactivated if you have one installed and activated), let us know and we’ll carry out a deeper dive.
Thanks
Regards,
ElvisI have run a test on the gallery that’s on the page you shared and used the search term “fire” and 3 images were displayed. Could you kindly share a screenshot(s) showing at least 2-3 images with the word “fire” in the caption that is not being included as expected? This will assist us investigate this further. Thanks in advance for doing so.

Hi @suekearney
I have been running tests on the page you shared and can observe that the images are being opened in the lightbox as expected. It seems that you were able to successfully resolve this and set the lightbox and have it open the image correctly. I am therefore going to close this ticket for now.
Thanks

ElvisHi @zapps55
Could you kindly share a link to a page where the album has been added so that I can quickly analyse it and advise on what to do next? Thanks in advance for doing so.
Hoping to hear from you soon.
Kind regards,
Elvis.I have been running tests and have been able to replicate this. I am currently looking further into this and will get back to you once we have more updates on this.
Thanks.

ElvisHi @meburke
I’m glad to know you were able to add a tweak to implement that. To modify the space between the columns, you can use the following CSS for that.
.foogallery.foogallery-container.fg-simple_portfolio {
--fg-gutter: 20px !important;
}Thanks

Hi @guyzax
Thanks for sharing the video. Regarding the sorting order, in the video recording you created, I couldn’t see the sorting option you set up. Could you kindly confirm which option is selected? Also, kindly share a link to the page or post containing the gallery in question if it is published and live.
Regarding the caption, to set what will be used in the caption, this is done from the “Captions” setting shown in this message: https://prnt.sc/HPX8BdmVHUYY
From there you can set what image attachment attribute will be used as the caption or description.
Thanks

Hi @aledr8
Can you kindly share a link to a page where you have added a gallery having this particular issue so that we can examine it and run tests before we can advise further? Thanks in advance for doing so.
Kind regards,
ElvisHi @hoplala
I have gone through multiple pages on your site and cannot find one with an album added. If you do have a page with an album added where we can observe what you described, kindly share it with us. We’ll use it to run tests and come up with a solution or workaround for you.
Thanks

Elvis
