    Thanks for the response.

    Would you be able to help further clarify what you mean by “change template of that email notification” please? Are you referring to the plugin > customize > Mail:notifications?

    If I cannot use the confirmed template…then what can I use?

    Hi there,
    Not sure if there is another solution for the above issue, but what I’ve done is just create several other connections and tweaked the time to make the front end not display certain time slots.

    In saying this, another issue I noticed is I have a few services created, and a few connections. An example would be Service A and Service B, available to work on Sunday from 10-4.
    If someone makes a booking online for Service A on a Sunday at 2PM and is confirmed by admin, then the calendar front-end updates and I see that the Service A 2PM slot is no longer available. BUT, Service B still displays 2PM slot for the same Sunday even though it is no longer available in Service A.
    This is an issue because I am the only worker, offering a variation of services, and if a service is booked for a time slot, I want it to be unavailable through out all of the services..

    Is this function available?

    Hi Nikola,

    Thank you for getting back to me.

    Since my first post, I have found out something strange.

    I have been working on my website locally on my laptop. When I work on the website from work on their network, the emails work. I am able to receive an email as a test user and from the admin side too. I have also used the Tools page > Send test email – which works.

    However, when I am working from home on my home network, the emails do not work. Meaning I do not receive an email from both test user side and admin side when a booking has been submitted.

    Any ideas?
