I know that Woo db needs an update, but as I wrote for now I can’t do it cause some issues happened sometimes. I created a staging too but the entire site crashed ’cause it used all the resources. I have to wait for a bit for that.

The emails aren’t in spam I checked for that, and all the emails delivered are sent with the same IP of the others and no errors occured.

I have to wait for owner to come back from holidays, so if you can, just do not close this topic. I will proceed with staging when hosting says that we can do it without any crash of the website.

Hello, thanks for answer.
I need to add an information. Around the days of the problems, I had to restore 2 backups (5th and 7th of november), missing orders cover the dates 6 through 8. I did it from hosting dashboard (Siteground) and I think they totally delete the actual db and restore the backup, so if any orders had been placed on those dates, I suppose with the deletion of the database they may have been lost. So I’m gonna ask you this, If a backup were to be restored by deleting the old one and not overwriting it, are the orders lost? I suppose yes.. if so, maybe I think I found the problem.

Hey,
thank you so much, some plugin was in conflict, I still don’t know which one.
Anyway, for other people with the same issue:
Install Health Check Plugin (OR disable all plugins – but it’s better to work under maintenance in this way), start diagnostics with the Health Check plugin, then start scanning. Disable Diagnostic.

Ok, I upgraded the theme. Now it works.
I still have some issues about ulisting status, but half of the previous ones and search form and layout pages works correctly.
