Hey Tomek, the problem has been solved!
I first wrote to Correos Express support and they answered that they could not help me.
But doing what you have told me has been solved 🙂

The problem is that when a purchase is made wusing Flexible Shipping plugin, within the Woocommerce order, the Correos Express plugin options that appear at the bottom of the order page disappear => attached capture 1_order_flexible_active.jpg
If the Flexible Shipping plugin is not used in the shipping cost, the options of the Correos Express plugin are activated within the Woocommerce order => capture 2_order_flexible_no_active.jpg (from the green arrow).

I have contracted a Booking System Pro subscription for several years.
So far it has worked fine, but now in the plugin options there are some tools that we cannot edit since it says that we are not subscribed users.
In the subscription details we have the usual IDs and email, but now it returns the error “We could not find your information”.
On your website https://saasproject.net I cannot find the client area to log in either.
I sent an email a few days ago to [email protected] but I have not received a response.
How can I solve the issue? Every month I pay for the Pro subscription.
