Eagerly awaiting the fix, as well.

In the meantime @steven85, you can roll this plugin back to 1.7.0 (and turn off auto-updates) and it should work again.

With the most recent update, the issue seemed to be resolved for us, though I did need to remove our previous fix to make it work again.

They are currently centered because we added a sitewide CSS fix:
