Thank you very much for your help.
Thank you for understanding my problem immediately.I’m only replying now because I had problems with the csv file at first. Until I got the tip with google sheets, which worked super easy.
Then I had to do the import twice in a row (4 hours each time), because WordPress got stuck in the middle the first time and only the second time the import actually worked.
Long story short….. it worked!
Now the color images are displayed in the “Color” display option in the properties. However, the selection of the product for the shopping cart no longer works with the color option.
If I change the display option back to “selection field”, the color can be selected and the product can be added to the shopping cart.I am still trying to understand how the individual steps are connected.
