Thank you for your reply, it was very helpful.

I did install the plugin you suggested, I’ve successfully set up and tested the SMTP and I received emails as I should through WordPress.

Although, while using hustle at the “Email” field I choose {email} as the recipient and the supposed recipient doesn’t receive the email. If at the field of the recipient I enter my email as text instead of the variable then I do receive the email and everything works perfectly.

To simplify this for you, if I use {email} and I enter my email at the pop-up I don’t receive the email.

If I use my email directly as text in this field and then enter any email at the popup then it works and I receive the email to the email I’ve added as the recipient.

I want to send emails to new subscribers so I want to be able to use the {email} that is inserted by the users who enter their emails.

I believe that the emails that the users enter via the pop up don’t reach the {email} correctly and this is why the automated emails are not sent when the variable is used but they are sent correctly if I specify the email.

Any idea how to fix that?
