i completely understand that.
But you should know better than to ask a user to pay you $100 to add something that benefits everyone using it. Thats unethical. You should only and clearly state that the plugin will not be updated. Or, make a premium version that users can pay a small fee to purchase.
I guess im saying if you are going to put your “Free” plugins up for others to use, expect them to ask you for support if there is an issue.
You will see that there are a lot of developers that have no problem improving their plugins. Not saying you have to do that, you absolutely don’t. But web developers depend highly on the contributions of those amazing developers.

He tried to get me to pay him for an update i asked for as well.
Im not going to pay for an update that all the users will benefit from.
If you don’t want to be a plugin developer, then don’t be one?
So i would be paying for something that every user will benefit from?
Is pagination not considered when building a plugin that lists products?
I suppose i could try and figure out a way to display all products on the page instead.
