1. It looks like you are unable to upload/add a thumbnail image to a product category via the Products → Categories page, correct?
   Yes, it is.
2. To clarify, does this happen when adding new categories, editing existing categories, or both?
   It happen for both case.
3. Also, if you navigate to Dashboard → Media → Library, are you able to see your uploaded media files, and/or upload media files, without any issues there? Yup. There’s no issue with media, even if I upload or change photo by website builder such as elementor. It only happened with woocommerce.
4. In the meantime, please can you share the following:
   – Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.
   – Console Errors: Can you check the browser console on Products → Categories page after clicking to add a thumbnail image, and see if there are any errors being displayed there. Please share any errors with us here.
